On 5th of April a delegation from the Moscow Engineering Physics Institute and representatives of the Kazakh National University named after al-Farabi paid a working visit to the RSE Institute of Nuclear Physics.
The purpose of the appointment was to establish a tripartite partnership, the implementation of joint research projects in the nuclear industry.
At the meeting, the opening of a branch of the Moscow Engineering Physics Institute on the basis of the Kazakh National University named after al-Farabi was discussed, it should be noted that this initiative is being implemented on behalf of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
During the visit the delegation from MEPhI consisting of Valery Vyacheslavovich Karezin and Dmitry Alexandrovich Savkin, as well as representatives of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University consisting of Askar Erbulanovich Davletov and Medeu Erzhanovich Abishev visited the WWR-K research reactor complex and acquainted with the work of the Institute in general.
