A Kazakhstani delegation led by Sayabek Sakhiyev, Director General of the Institute of Nuclear Physics, is participating in the Master Class on Strategic Fundamentals for New Nuclear in Paris, France. The program runs until June 12.
The master class, organized by the International Institute of Atomic Energy (I2EN), aims to introduce representatives from various countries to the French nuclear ecosystem and their experience in developing and implementing national nuclear energy programs.
As part of the program, participants will study best practices in the French nuclear industry and participate in lectures, interactive sessions, and roundtable discussions with representatives from government agencies, research organizations, and leading companies in the French nuclear sector. Technical visits to relevant industry facilities are also included.
It should be noted that a Memorandum of Understanding was previously signed between the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Atomic Energy and the I2EN.
