TODAY, APRIL 2, a delegation from the Institute, represented by Director General Sayabek Sakhiyev and Deputy Head of the NTOUT for Production Igor Danko, met with the leadership and faculty of the Atyrau University of Oil and Gas named after Safi Utebaev (AUNiG) during their visit to the city of Atyrau.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the following issues: — the creation of a branch of the Institute of Nuclear Physics based at Atyrau University of Oil and Gas; — joint cooperation in the field of applied scientific research and its commercialization, as well as the training of specialists at the branch of the Institute of Nuclear Physics.
🔹 Also, during the meeting, Sayabek Sakhiyev, Director General of the Institute, and Gulzada Shakulikova, Rector of Atyrau University of Oil and Gas, signed a memorandum of bilateral cooperation.
🔹 Under the memorandum, the Institute and AUNiG aim to develop cooperation in the peaceful use of nuclear energy, radiation technologies, and the training of qualified personnel for the needs of the country’s economy.
