The delegation of the Institute of Nuclear Physics, led by General Director Sayevek Sakhiev and Deputy Head of the Production Department Igor Danko, participated in the official opening ceremony of the 21st North Caspian Regional Exhibition “Atyrau Oil and Gas” (ATYRAU OIL&GAS 2024).
The main objectives of the Institute’s participation in this exhibition are: • Informing about the range of Kazakhstani radioisotope products and services for the oil and gas industry. • Exploring opportunities to increase the share of Kazakh content in the procurement of oil and gas and service companies by concluding contracts for the supply of industrial sources of ionizing radiation and providing non-destructive testing services. • Discussing the development directions of radiation technologies in Atyrau and the North Caspian region.
This participation underscores the Institute’s commitment to fostering collaboration with the oil and gas sector, aiming to enhance the application of nuclear physics and radiation technologies in the industry.
