A delegation from the Institute of Nuclear Physics, led by Director General Sayabek Sakhiyev, participated in a gala reception dedicated to the 250th anniversary of US independence.
During the event, Sayabek Sakhiyev congratulated U.S. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Kazakhstan Julie Stufft and U.S. Consul General Michelle Yerkin on the anniversary. On behalf of the Institute, he wished the American people well-being and prosperity, as well as the further strengthening of cooperation between Kazakhstan and the United States.
The head of the Institute emphasized that the Institute of Nuclear Physics highly values its long-standing partnership with the American side and expressed gratitude to the U.S. Department of State for 34 years of fruitful collaboration. During this time, a wide range of joint projects have been implemented in scientific research, nuclear and radiation safety, modernization of research infrastructure, and the training of highly qualified specialists.
The delegation's participation in the gala reception further confirmed the strong partnership between the Institute of Nuclear Physics and US government and scientific organizations. This collaboration is based on a mutual trust, professional interaction, and a shared commitment to developing international scientific and technical cooperation.
