The Institute staff have successfully completed a full course in the state language at the A1 level, which is the elementary level. This was done at the Talgar branch of the educational and methodological center "Til" in the Almaty region, under the program "Basic Training in the State Language". The course was aimed at implementing the "Law on Languages" of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and it was held by the Language Policy Committee of the Republic. The course lasted from August 1 to December 20, 2023.
During this time, the staff members learned how to speak, write, listen, read, and pronounce the language through assignments and practical exercises. A total of 52 Institute employees participated in the Kazakh language course. 42 of them received certificates for completing the course successfully. The remaining 10 employees were awarded special certificates.
It is worth noting that this is the first time the state language training course has been organized for the staff of the Institute. In addition to studying the state language, the institute's staff will also be taking part in English language classes starting this month.
